A six-week online seminar and writing workshop, aimed at anyone who has wanted to write a book, a memoir or a manifesto and found something in the way.
The course works on breaking through blockage, finding a voice, and expressing an argument with force — structure, sentence, and the discipline of getting it finished. It is taught by a writer who has published across thirty years, from the Village Voice and Artforum to four books.
Two tiers. The first is the seminar and exercises. The second adds critical review of writing samples: participants submit their own work, either the set exercises or other material, for discussion in the workshop.
